Below Article provides the solution for HTMP code to work in Library Page description:

Library Page Descriptions or Custom Search Results Pages with HTML Code Are Encoded and No Longer Display or Function As Desired (Doc ID 838588.1)


by adding: HtmlDataInputAdditionalUnsafeTags=<empty>


But this is not working, can anyone share what else could be the issue.
