Annual Leave accrual shows negative values ?

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question
  1. Employee accrued Total Annual Leave of 45 days till 30th july and leave starts from 31 july.
  2. Now from 31st july the accrued shows -3.55 .
  3. Why negative is appearing instead on new accrued value of + ve (like 1.78)
