in Enterprise Command Center Framework - EBS (MOSC)

Does Oracle Treasury provide the solution of the Private Investment Equity or Venture Capital Management.

My Client is Invest in the SMEs let say Purchase 30% Shares in SMEs and they put the entire Profit and Loss Statement of that associate company in Existing applications that enable them to monitors different Financial Analytics Dashboards as below

Variance Analysis 

Ratio Analysis 

Financial Analysis ( Budget Vs Actual) 

Quarterly Comparison 

Monthly Comparison of the Data 

Valuation Process 

Uploading of the Data (PnL) with different templates.

Graphical Analytics

Now I am sure these functionalities are not available within Oracle Treasury module . Is this possible with any other application in Oracle to build the application where I can upload the Profit and Loss Account of the Associate company in the system which enables all the Financial Analytics as mentioned above.
