E1 Composed Page - Empty folder or access
Hello!
I recently found an issue for one of our end-user roles.
When trying to access an E1 Page folder, we got the error "The folder is either empty or you don't have access to the folder".
It was solved after rebuilding the indexes for the folder & role.
Does anybody know what ay have caused the issue? The folder had been displaying the tiles properly for the last 4 month since our upgrade when we implemented the E1 functionality, and no recent changes have been applied to that section of the menu.
