Taxable and non-taxable portions are not displayed on the benefits self service for domestic plans

I have setup the domestic partner plan attached to below rates and updated the deduction code with all the 4 tax classes-Before tax, after tax, non-taxable and taxable benefit.

The problem is I don't see the non-taxable and taxable rate on the peoplesoft fluid benefits self service enrollment page?
