Search Produced No Results On Monitor Approval Page
We use Enterprise Components - approvals - approvals - Monitor Approvals page to move requisitions when the original approver is unavailable or terminated/retired.
Formerly, we could enter the Approver ID and the Approver Status = Pending and it worked great. The search results would show all the pending reqs that were waiting in that approver's queue.
In the past few months, we get the 'Your search produced no results' message for most searches. But I can go to Manage Requisitions page, look up the approvals on a req and see the requisition waiting in that approver's queue.
Has anyone experienced this? have you filed a ticket? thanks for your response.
