Job data page view issue

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded Peoplesoft tools version from 8.55 to 8.58 . App version is 9.2. One of our user when try to access job data page after selecting the employee from the search results the page view looks different it looks like a document . This user is having read only access but view looks to be normal earlier .

We verified the security and it looks good, there is no change any idea what could be the reason for change in the page display view like a document ?
