pre-paid account purchase and then allocate/split cost to projects

Hi,

We have pre-paid account purchases, have to do several purchases related to softwares/hardwares, then later when projects need these we have to allocate cost to different projects.

How can this be achieved from iProcurement and Purchasing, Do we have functionality to support this.

OR which module supports this kind of purchases and then allocate later to different projects.
