Prorated Credit only for Service closure and not for Service inactivation.

Hello Team,

PRODUCT :- BRM 12

Currently for a product with prorate on cancellation setting enabled, the prorated credit is given back into the system, whenever the service is inactiveed or closed.

Is it possible to generate prorated credit only during service closure and not during service inactivation?

One possible method is by changes as stated in SR Topic :- No Option To Apply Custom Proration Rules (Doc ID 1387975.1),Any other options??

Please advise.
