Unable to see the Shipment details when Shipments Radio button is selected in Purchase Order Summary

Hi All,


One of the Business user is navigating to Purchase Order Summary form and provided the Purchase Order number and then user selecting the Shipments Radio button in Results area when user is clicking on Find it shows error

APP-PO-14122 : No Records meet your search criteria , User is able to get the PO details when selecting Headers and Lines , but when clicking on Shipments it throws error

Can someone please help me on this one.
