How to identify db's/instances in "restricted mode" in Enterprise Manager 13.4 ?

When a monitoring user as dbsnmp has no "restricted session" granted then a database in restricted mode is indicated as "down" in EM and a sentence explains that the instance is in restricted mode and the monitoring user is not allowed to login.

We use EM to monitor quite a large number of databases with a group of dba's. And sometimes an instance has to be set into restricted mode by one of us but still has to be monitored and not always the collegue's are informed directly.

So we granted "restrict session" to DBSNMP to be able to keep monitoring, but we can not find any obvious indication that a db is in "restricted mode" as a warning to other dba's or to indicate that one is forgotten to set back to normal.

Howdy, Stranger!
