Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Post Install DB Setup in Siebel 21.6

Installed Siebel 21.6 , i.e upgraded from 18.12 to 21.6

Install Oracle Client - Done [19]
Siebel Server Install - Done [21.6]
SMC set-up - Enterprise and Siebel Server - Done
SMC - Siebel server components are not yet brought up

Need to understand , if there is any need of 'Post Install DB Setup' to be run ?

If Yes , how to execute it ?

Existing Siebel DB of 18.12 was used for upgrade which is residing on Version Oracle DB-19
