While recovering the DB with archivelogs getting error

I have AWS volumes snapshots (/u02,/u03, /u04) which have all Datafiles. And I am taking hourly archive backup to S3 bucket.

In case of server failure, I am trying to restore the snapshots and trying to apply the archive backups but getting error:

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/trace/chrtprod_pr00_18997.trc:

ORA-01547: warning: RECOVER succeeded but OPEN RESETLOGS would get error below

ORA-01194: file 1 needs more recovery to be consistent

ORA-01110: data file 1: '/u02/oradata/system01.dbf'

What is the issue in the approach?
