P4210: Unit Cost not populated when order copied from Excel

Hello Everyone,

We have encountered an issue where the unit cost is left at zero when a user enters a return order from an excel sheet. If the line is changed, for instance a correction to the quantity, the unit cost is then populated.


is there anyway to force JDE to enter the cost when the lines are copied from excel like the price is?


We are on version 9235
