Direct Link of Machine RUN hours to the Meter Reading of CAM ?

I am just wondering if there is a direct link of Machine RUN hours to the meter reading of the CAM module. Meaning, a maintenance WO would be created at a certain threshold for the machine if the manufacturing Work Orders run daily and the machine RUN hours are captured by the meter reading of CAM and maintenance, automatically!!

Please let me know if it's at all possible.
