Job failure on INSERT INTO WRI$_HEATMAP_TOPN_DEP2

We are on 12.1.0.2 and I am seeing an error message in the database alert.log file that seems to be related to a job. However, I cannot figure out what job is executing when this failure occurs. In this occurrence of the error, the job executing is "SYS"."ORA$AT_SA_SPC_SY_13770" but the last 5 digits of the name changes with each execution error message. It looks like it may be executing weekly between 11:00PM and 1:15AM. It does execute weekly, it does not fail every week.

Can anyone help me understand what job is running and what is is doing?
