Cannot Cancel Requisition - java.lang.NullPointerException

I cannot cancel a requisition because of this java.lang.NullPointerException error that pops up every time I attempt to cancel. It is in pending approval status, but I have never encountered this issue before. I have also cleared my cache/used other browsers, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
