Alert Log: For optimal performance, configure system with expected number of pages

We are on Oracle 12.1.02. In the alert log, I am seeing a recommendation. We do not have huge pages configured. The database parameter for use_large_pages= True and large_pool_size=0. Is this recommending that we configure huge pages?
