Payroll - Bonus (Flat Amount)

Hello Gurus,

I am looking to load bonus payments to the pay sheets using the load paysheet process. I have three different amounts X,Y & Z based on performance. Business wants that everyone receive the same amount.

The deductions are the same for all the employees,.On pay calc I noticed that not everyone has the amount expected. The net pay is different for a lot of people. Since the ask is that everyone should receive a uniform flat amount, i am lost here.

Anyone tried this before with success, please respond.
