RMAN DB backup to shared folder in virtual box

Hi,

I am backing up two node RAC database to a shared folder in virtual box environment. Gues in OEL 6 and host is Windows 7.

The backup is done as "oracle" user from node2 and "oracle" is in VBOXSF group. I can create files manually as oracle user in shared folder but when I run RMAN backup script I get error. Directory 20210714 is created by script with out issue but any files under it is not created. Any help
