Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. what is meaning of : Failed to initialize ERDebuggerService2 service via WSDL

On of our Fat client , Debugger is not opening and giving the error as Unable to establish connection with broker.

And Logs are giving this error. I am not able to find anything on this error.

Can you please help?
