Not working asmcmd cp from 11 or 12 version to 19

When copy files using asmcmd from 11 or 12.1 GRID version to 19, have error:

ORA-15056: additional error message

ORA-17630: Mismatch in the remote file protocol version client 1 server 3

ORA-06512: at "SYS.X$DBMS_DISKGROUP", line 415
