Errors while using wip_massload_pub - VALIDATION ERROR HAPPENED

Hello,

I am trying to load a Non-Standard work order using wip_massload_pub.massloadjobs. When I have multiple operation sequences, I receive " System cannot add resource or material because the requested operation_seq_num does not exist." error. I tried to enter load_type=3 records first then load_type=2 (component) and load_type=1 (resource) but it still gives me that error.

Did anyone come across this error. It gives me "VALIDATION ERROR HAPPENED" on the job record and WIP_WEI_IGNORED on all rows. Is there a particular order we need to enter the records into wip_job_dtls_interface ? Any help is greatly appreciated.
