Cart Popout or Shopping Cart page 12.2

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi

I've an SR open on this one - we're seeing some really odd behaviour.

Team has been using iProc for a good while and they are used to seeing a pop-up when they click on View Cart and Checkout similar to this (please forgive diagnostics)

After accepting this page they are then brought directly to a Confirmation page with the requisition Number and from there to a single 1 stop page (hidden due to identifying information)

&


Recently though new users have been introduced and instead of seeing this pop out they see the standard Shopping Cart in a new page from "View Cart and Checkout"
