TAM/CG - Applicant Pools

Hello, we have an institution facility that currently uses a non-PeopleSoft TAM/CG tool that allows potential applicants to submit their resumes to an applicant pool (basically a repository of resumes). Recruiters can then search that pool periodically and link applicants with relevant skills to job openings.

Does PS offer anything like that in configuration?
