I don't have the option to raise the severity of a ticket that I own
When other users manage tickets - they have options to raise/lower severity of tickets they own, including a link to request manager callback.
When I open a ticket (I am also an Admin for our SI) I don't see those options?

I don't know if this because of how the ticket was opened (mine was opened from the OCI console support link) or if its something about the ticket itself? Thanks!
