HDD backup operation for SPARC T4-1 server

System HDD backup for SPARC T4-1 server is conducted every month.

Our operation is as below.

1. Insert HDD disk
2. Conduct system backup on the day
3. Extract HDD disk on the same on the day

As it is required to go data center and it takes time, we are now thinking below operation from next time.

May I know is there any possibility that system will not working properly?

I'm concerning that it might cause some problem if we keep HDD without backup for long time.

1. Insert HDD disk
2. Conduct system backup after 30days
3. Extract  HDD disk on the same date with No.2
