Order Information Portal access for External user
Hi,
We are on R12.1.3 and we intend to use the Order Information Portal (for external Customers).

An access will be given to the external user by providing a link to the application with the seeded Order Information External User responsibility or a user defined responsibility having the same seeded responsibility menu.
In case of Sales person, same applier but Order Information Internal User responsibility would be used instead.
We don't see these below-listed responsibilities in our instance, bur for Order Information Super User
- Order Information External User
- Order Information Internal User
