Is there a way to create multiple journals from a file with multiple Conversion Dates?

Is it possible to segregate the journal records coming from an inbound file having multiple conversion dates? Example: I have a file containing adjustment records for several dates - Jun24, 25 and 26. I need to have 3 journals, 1 per conversion date. Our current setup is combining all the records with different conversion date into 1 journal.
