Can we use ADG for active-active data center?

Currently we are using Oracle Database 19c with ADG for sync both database DC and DRC. Now we want to make active-active data center. can we use ADG features for this purpose. Transaction will go from both data center DC and DRC. Need advice from the expert about this.
