What is the Function on the Shipping Workbench Tools Menu 'Choose Organization' called?

I am doing a personalization on the Shipping workbench and want to call the form one sees on entry to the Shipping Workbench to select the Organization assigned to my shipping Role .

I initially used the MRPCHORG Change Organization but that does not call the same function that the Choose Organization on the Shipping Workbench Tools menu.

Can anyone advise on the name of that function or how I can call that using a personalization.
