Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. If I use modifier that gives me two quantity gift on 10 ordered quantity

I want that when I make sales return system will automatically return 2 gift items
