Active Directory users cannot authenticate.

Summary:

  1. We installed OBIEE 12c
  2. Migrated Catalog and Roles/groups from OBIEE 11g to 12c using the recommended BIMigrationtool. We followed all the instruction related to groups and roles.
  3. We were able to test and run migrated reports using weblogic account
  4. Configured our Company Active Directory. From OBIEE 12c console, we are able to successfully search and retrieve any company-wide users after providing all "Provider Specific" information.


Issue: Any Active Directory users cannot authenticate using their company network account. The login just spins; and the following errors are seeing (See attached):

I have spent few days trouble-shooting but have not been able to resolve the issue. Do you know what the issue is? Can you help investigate for us?
