Active Directory users cannot authenticate.
Summary:
- We installed OBIEE 12c
- Migrated Catalog and Roles/groups from OBIEE 11g to 12c using the recommended BIMigrationtool. We followed all the instruction related to groups and roles.
- We were able to test and run migrated reports using weblogic account
- Configured our Company Active Directory. From OBIEE 12c console, we are able to successfully search and retrieve any company-wide users after providing all "Provider Specific" information.
Issue: Any Active Directory users cannot authenticate using their company network account. The login just spins; and the following errors are seeing (See attached):
I have spent few days trouble-shooting but have not been able to resolve the issue. Do you know what the issue is? Can you help investigate for us?
