remove an unregistered database home on version 19.10 on ODA X7-2M

Hi, we created a new version 19.10 database home on our X7-2M ODA last week. We noticed it failed due to the /u01/app/oraInventory/locks directory was not owned by oracle:oinstall (it was oemuser:oemuser).

So we have gone through the steps to make the oraInventory/locks set to oracle:oinstall.

But we can not delete the created 191.0 database home because dcs-agent.log is saying the dbhome is not registered.

We have an SR open and they had us try the dbhome deinstall command and it got the same error dbhome is not registered.

We did see an manual doc to remove the unregistered dbhome but it was for pre-19.10 dbhomes using derby. 19.10 uses mysql.
