Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible to update Oracle database version from 12.1.0.2 directly to version 18c? or 19c?

Which version is the less bugged in this case?
