32067171 ojvm patch fails wit relinking errors oracle home of rac node2, but runs fine on rac node1

we are applying 32067171 patch (ojvm) on 19.3 database oracle home of RAC node2. its fails with relinking erros. it applies fine on database oracle home of node1 though. we are in stage of setting up the RAC. we have installed grid infra 19.3 and updated that to 19.10 fine. while doing this for database home , install of 19.3 oracle home went fine on both nodes ..but patch 32067171 fails on node2.


errors is like below
