Security on - I75GSTIN failed

When i'm trying to apply the security on " GST Identification Number" Alias -I75GSTIN its not applying, it's getting failed.

Details - Go to P01012 (Work with Address -> Selecting Search type C and picking the one of the records -> from Row exit select Regional info->Work with Address Book Additional Information , Over here in String Data Tab one column named GST Identification Number this is used changed by the user and we want that this column to be secured that is not editable.

So applied the column security but security is not getting applied to *Public. But after clearing caches then also column still seen activated.
