Getting Address Number Invalid when trying to approve a Load in P4960

Using Transportation module, creating a Load and trying to approve the load using P4960 and system gives address number invalid, expanding error gives record not exist in F0101. But still the load moves from pending status to approved status. Please help why a red error is popped out when the system is still moving the load ahead.
