bi publisher blank screen when opening report

I would like to know the reasons for blank screen when running Bi Report. One reason is when you move the report.. report looses the link to data model so we have to relink the data model to the report by opening the report and selecting data model.

Recently I created a report but certain users can run the report but others see gray screen. Is it due to permissions or anything else. Please let me know.
