Does the PROV flag get changed from 1 to 0 when user updates the price in a SD direct ship order

Direct ship order released from a Blanket order had the PROV set to 1, but the PROV changed to 0 when the user updated the price manually. Have you seen this kind of phenomenon ? I believe the PROV get updated when the price is manually overridden, but do they also get changed to 0 if it is already 1 ? Kindly let me know. Thanks
