How to interface text entered in OM attachment on sales order to purchase order in B2B process

in Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC) Question

Hi There - I would like to know if below possibility exists in R12.2.9

User wish to see the text entered in OM attachment on sales order header ultimately to appear in purchase order attachment that is created in back to back process.

If this is achievable, please help me with steps to achieve this.
