Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

I am getting error as "Record Invalid" while creating credit order for specific ship to address only. For other Customer no error

its JDE enterpriseone 8.11 system.
