Exempting wages from Eugene Oregon Community Safety Payroll Tax and also FUTA
We are on E-Business Suite R12.2.7.
We are exempt from the “Eugene Oregon Community Safety Payroll Tax”; however, we do have one employee who lives and works from home in Eugene, Oregon.
We have reviewed the “Functional Readme: Quantum 4.3.8: Eugene Oregon Community Payroll Tax” document which talks about “Overrides and Exemption” for customers who do not want to use the seeded functionality.
We have set the values in the “Further City Tax Info” DFF on the “City Tax Rules” form for this employee:
- Exempt MISC (CSPT) EE Tax: Yes
- Exempt MISC (CSPT) ER Tax: Yes
- MISC (CSPT) EE Override Rate: blank/null
