Certification Definition pop up page opens at the bottom of the definition

Certification Definitions in Fluid Benefits Open Enrollment pop up page opens at the bottom of the Certification. We currently have 3 different Certification Definitions. They all work fine, The issue we are having is that the actual definition page opens at the bottom of the cert dif when prompted. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, did you find a way to make the Certification Definition page open at the Top of the Cert Diff?
