Do we need the critical patch for Oracle Personal Edition 12c?

For the current critical patch just released in July 2021, do we need to install that if we are using Personal Edition 12c? We were not able to find that product under the list but are not sure if we have missed it. We have never installed a patch previously. Thank you for the help.
