checkip reports reveres lookup fails

Hi, I am getting below error

ERROR : x.x.x.x is not reverse resolving to host01.comp.lk .The following Dns servers were used for name resolution: [y.y.y.y,z.z.z.z]

if I do a revers lookup using nslookup from the PC that I am running checkip, I am getting a response.

Any idea why checip is unable to get the revers lookup or what's the command that the checkip users internally to check this DNS resolution

The client is Windows 10
