PeopleSoft: Moving from Partial Position Management to Full Position Management

Hi All,

We are planning to move from Partial Position Management to Full Position Management. Please put some light where all we should be cautious while doing this activity?

Along with this we are planning to use Position wise budgeting, do we need to take any license for this? and how to use this in full fledge? any document or any input will be helpful.
