DB 12.2.0.1 CPU windows bundle availability firm date?

Where can I find the availability date for the Windows patch bundle download? Patches for 12.2.0.1.210720 - 32775037 and 32905896 show "no details found" when selected.

Currently I am checking 2118136.2, selecting Latest Windows Patches / Database 12.2.0.1, and selecting/downloading the newly listed patches. This month, it seems they're not available?

I'm sure I'm missing something, as I'm fairly new here.
