PR Cancels with Non Standard Rate OSP Resource

edited Jul 22, 2021 2:55PM in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Question

I'm trying to get the PO cost to the WO so I'm using a Non-Standard Rate resource. When I move the job, the PR is created then Cancelled by the system. Is there a setting I'm missing? It happens only with Non-Standard Rate resources or a Non-Costed resource.
