Hyperion FDMEE 11.2.3 json files in data folder

Hello,

We updated Hyperion 11.2.3 a few months ago. I did not notice this before, but today I find a folder named "data" with a number of files with json externsions in the main FDMEE folder. In the data folder there is the scripts/custom, scripts/event, scripts/import folder structure that has a mish mash of python files from various FDMEE process targets that we run.

Is this something installed and used by FDMEE, or did the consultant create the data folder and the json files?
